Will I be dealing with
a particular technician or a different person every time I call?
Typically how long after I call can I expect to get service?
How long will my system be down if there is a problem?
ATS ANSWER: Typically, the
same ATS technician that installed your system will be the one
to perform any needed on-site service. We prioritize our service
calls based on the urgency of the services to be performed and
usually can be on-site the same day for high priority calls.
Unlike Dell, Compaq, etc., we use non-proprietary hardware and
are able to obtain any needed replacement parts right away. |

How much room will my systems have
to allow for upgrades? How many drive bays and PCI slots will
my system have?
ATS ANSWER: The
ability to upgrade or add components to your system is important.
External bays allow the addition of new drives (CD, DVD) that
can be accessed from the outside of the computer case. PCI slots
allow the addition of internal components (capture cards, etc)
to add functionality. ATS computer systems start with 4 external
drive bays and 6 internal PCI slots to allow for future growth. |
Will my systems have top-of-the
line genuine Intel Pentium 4 processors.
ATS ANSWER: All of our computers
are built with genuine Intel Pentium 4 processors we never use
AMD or Intel Celeron. While these processors have their place
in other applications (i.e. computers used in the home) we will
not compromise on the quality of the components for your office.

Will I receive all
original software CDs and Microsoft authentication sticker,
signifying that a "non-pirated" version of the software
was installed on my system?
ATS ANSWER: Every system
that ATS builds comes with a packet that contains the software
CDs and the authentication sticker on the outside of the case.
This proves that the installed software on your system is authentic. |
What is your warranty policy?
ATS ANSWER: Computer systems
and components sold by ATS carry at least a 1 year manufacturer's
warranty. During this period ATS provides any needed replacement
parts and labor free of charge. All services are provided on-site
eliminating the need for you or your staff to take time away
from your practice to ship or take the system to a service location.
Also, be assured that ATS gives warranty calls the same priority
as any other service call. Just ask our clients!

Are the computers that I purchase from
you guaranteed to work with the other components that I purchase
(i.e. ScanX, Imaging Software, Cameras, etc.)?
ATS ANSWER: Yes! Because we custom
build all of our computer systems, we only use hardware that
has been recommended for use with your other components. This
allows us to guarantee compatibility for your particular application.

How long have you been
in business? Do you have a list of references so I contact your
clients?
ATS ANSWER: ATS has been
in business since 1999. We would be happy to provide you with
a reference list containing some our recent installations with
corresponding information showing the technology that was installed.
Since we believe that some reference lists can be deceiving,
upon request we will provide a complete list of ALL other Doctors
that we have provided service.
Tip: Take time to call! Check their level satisfaction. Many
companies are expecting you not to check up on them.
|
Is it possible to visit some of your installations?
ATS ANSWER: Absolutely. We would
be happy to arrange a tour of some networks that we have installed.
We are proud of our work! This would be a perfect opportunity
for you to observe technologies in use that you may consider
implementing in your own office.
